Sheep & Beef Consultancy

Sheep and Beef consultancy has been the cornerstone of the BakerAg business since it was founded.

David Baker and Chris Garland established a unique service offering to clients whereby they understood the whole business from the paddock to the cash book.

The current team has built on this initial work and continued to develop tools to effectively meet their clients’ needs as technology and farming has evolved.

The BakerAg sheep and beef team offer a wide range of services to clients from comprehensive farm supervision to one-off pieces of work. We support our clients with tactical decision making, strategic planning and governance, feed and financial budgeting, farm policy reviews and farm purchases to name a few. Today, our clients are family farms, corporate farming entities with large scale or multiple farms, and industry bodies. Our consultants are agile and focused on helping our clients achieve their goals.

BakerAg also offer three key and unique services: Discussion Groups, Financial Analysis Benchmarking (FAB) and a bi-annual Sheep and Beef remuneration survey.
