Chris is a current shareholder and co-founder of BakerAg being a director of the firm from 1986-2022.

Chris is semi-retired, does some consultancy work for BakerAg clients under contract to BakerAg, primarily in governance, strategy and succession. He is experienced in all aspects of operational farm management, and also has wide experience in strategic planning, HR and governance functions of medium-to-large businesses in the sheep, beef sectors.

Benchmarking and business planning are large components of this work. Chris sits on a number of corporate boards, advisory boards and Research & Development mentor groups. Chris is the Editor of the highly successful AgLetter, which has been in publication since 1986.
