Delwyn joined BakerAg in September 2002 in a reception and secretarial role, moving into office management and is now the Marketing, Communications and Events Manager.

Delwyn is the Co-ordinator of the Keinzley AgVet Sheep & Beef Farm Business of the Year Competition which is held on an annual basis and takes a lead role in the Tararua Farmer of the Year Competition along with other event management projects that BakerAg have an involvement in within the Wairarapa, Tararua, Manawatu and Rangitikei regions, including B+LNZ Farming for Profit Field days and facilitating two RMPP Action Network Groups.
