Cameron Walker
After graduating from Massey University in 2017, Cameron worked full time as a Rural Valuer in the Hawke’s Bay, whilst studying part-time towards a Master of Agribusiness. The topic of Cameron’s Thesis revolved around investigating the impacts of carbon forestry integration within New Zealand sheep and beef farms upon economic and environmental performance.
Cameron has a special interest in the relevance of the ETS to the sheep and beef farming sector, and the opportunities it creates for a more balanced land use. Outside of work, Cameron enjoys being outdoors, keeping fit, and managing his own small sheep flock.
