Delwyn joined BakerAg in September 2002 in a reception and secretarial role and is now the Marketing, Communications and Events Manager.

Delwyn is the Co-ordinator of the Keinzley AgVet Sheep & Beef Farm Business of the Year Competition which is held on an annual basis and takes a lead role in several event management projects that BakerAg have an involvement in within Wairarapa and the Tararua regions.
