We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to join our team at BakerAg in Feilding, working between 9.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday.
BakerAg is an Agribusiness Consultancy focused on Sheep & Beef and Dairy Consulting and Property Valuation. We have offices in Feilding and Masterton with clients throughout New Zealand.
The person we are looking for needs to:
Be able to carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, taking notes of meetings and typing up dictation, along with accurate report formatting skills etc.
Assist our consultants by carrying out research and preparing base information for agribusiness consulting assignments and rural valuations.
Assist in placing advertisements and following up with candidates for our People Services recruitment assignments.
Manage the Feilding Consultants diaries.
Help organise meetings, networking and other events that are run by the Feilding office.
Ensure the office has the supplies and support needed to operate effectively.
Represent BakerAg’s values by establishing a positive rapport as the first point of contact with our clients and other agribusiness specialists and professionals who phone or call into our Feilding office.

Excellent typing and formatting skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Kitchen and event support / linking to caterers / tea & coffee for guests and clients.
Having the flexibility to organise their day around the priorities of the consultants and associates.
Having a background in agriculture would be an advantage.

Salary is in the $33,000 to $35,000 per annum range.
